The small, carnivorous Ningbing pseudantechinus (Ningbing false antechinus) is a recently described inhabitant of the sandstone areas of the Kimberley and are found around the Bungle Bungle Range in Purnululu National Park.
It was first discovered by Harry Butler in the 80’s on Ningbing station.
